Home and Away spoilers follow from Friday’s 5STAR first look episode (UK-pace).
Home and Away‘s Maggie Astoni has received a second ominous warning from her brother-in-law Marco, despite already succumbing to his ruthless blackmail demands.
Maggie (Kestie Morassi) has been given a huge ultimatum from Marco, who is threatening to expose their secret romantic past unless the Astonis invest in his business.
Friday’s 5STAR first look episode (May 15) saw Marco’s twisted behaviour start to pay off, as Maggie decided she had no option but to cooperate with him.
Despite previously objecting to Marco’s investment idea, Maggie did a sudden u-turn by telling her husband Ben (Rohan Nichol) that they should consider it.

Ben had no idea that Maggie was hiding an ulterior motive for her unexpected change of heart, so he also agreed to hear his brother out.
With the Astonis on the same page, Maggie and Ben told Marco that they were prepared to listen to his business proposal in more detail.
Marco lied about how well the business was going and suggested that Maggie and Ben could be silent partners, only being part of occasional meetings.
When Ben headed outside to take a call, a secretly-seething Maggie was able to drop the act around Marco. She urged Marco to leave Summer Bay now he has what he wants, but he appeared to have other ideas.

Much to Maggie’s displeasure, Marco revealed that he was going nowhere, as this is about far more than just money for him.
Marco admitted that he still holds a grudge about Maggie using him for their one-night stand when she’d briefly separated from Ben years ago.
Marco reminded her: “You used me to make yourself feel better, than you dumped me without thinking twice.”
Shocked that this was such an issue so many years later, Maggie protested: “I was 19. I was stupid. I was heartbroken, so yeah, I did. Get over it.”

Marco refused to back down: “Sorry. That’s not how this is going to go.”
It seems this isn’t over for Maggie by a long shot – and the future of the Astoni family continues to hang in the balance.
Home and Away‘s first look edition airs weeknights at 6.30pm on 5STAR. These scenes are repeated in the 1.15pm and 6pm slots on Channel 5.
